All engineers at ECS benefit from 1-2-1 training with experienced security and fire safety professionals. Regardless of your level of experience, you’ll be paired up with several established engineers while you’re learning with us, so you gain a comprehensive understanding of the different areas of our business.
You can expect your role to be very hands on from day one. You’ll have plenty of chances to get stuck in and ask as many questions as you need.
Your probation period will last for 3 months, and we’ll check in with you at the 4, 8 and 12-week stages to make sure your development is on track. Once we’ve offered you a full contract of employment, we’ll carry out official reviews every year; these are a great chance for us to discuss your progress and set new goals.
Ultimately, however, we’ll always be on hand to discuss new learning opportunities. The sky’s the limit when it comes to training at ECS, and if you have an idea, we’ll help you make it happen.
